Notes
- Vehicle turn-in time is 8:00
a.m. on the day following the last
day of the rental period. Late
turn-ins will automatically be
charged an additional day’s
rental fee.
- A one-day rental charge will
be billed to the customer if the
vehicle is not used, unless a
cancellation is recorded with
the Motor Pool staff no later
than 8:00 a.m. on the first day of
the rental period.
- A fee of $40.00 will be
charged to the customer if a
vehicle is returned in a condition
that requires interior cleaning.

- Passenger vans are used for
passengers ONLY.
Seats are not to be removed for
any reason. Cargo will not
be allowed on passenger seats.
